The University of Bamberg is awarding graduate scholarship opportunities to top-achieving international doctoral researchers. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide doctoral scholars with an outstanding, supportive environment for learning, research and caerer development.
The Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences was established in 2010 to create an innovative working and learning environment for exceptionally qualified doctoral researchers.

Program: The Bamberg Scholarship welcomes applications from international applicants in the following fields: Sociology, Pschology, Educational Science, Political Science, Labour and Educational Economics, Demography and Statistics.

- Scans of school leaving certificate, university transcripts and degree certificates
- Proof of English language proficiency
- Short self-written statement about your knowledge of the German language

Two letters of recommendation need to be sent by your recommenders to us via post, in a sealed envelope; see section “What application materials are required?”. The recommendation letters should not be included in the PDF file which you upload.
