ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the award, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Non-Chinese citizen and be physically and mentally sound.
- Applicants for a master program must have a bachelor’s degree. Applicants for the doctoral program must have a master’s degree.
- Excellent academic performance and potential.
- Freshmen in a professional degree program are not qualified.
- Proficiency in Chinese and/or English
