High School Student Grade 11 Merit Award at University of Lethbridge 2019/20

The University of Lethbridge is inviting applicants from all countries of the world for its High School Student Grade 11 Merit Award .

The University of Lethbridge is a publicly funded comprehensive academic and research university, founded in the liberal education tradition, located in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, with a second campus in the city of Calgary, Alberta.



VALUE: $800 (80% and higher) or $500 (75-79.9%)

ELIGIBILITY: Applicants must meet the following criteria:

-Eligible Countries: All countries

-Eligible Program: Undegraduate degree program

-Many of these awards are given out based on your grades (from the last five years), but other criteria like leadership, community involvement, or artistic ability may also be considered. Applicants need to currently be in Grade 11 when applying.


You don’t have to wait until you are in Grade 12 to start planning for university, especially if your plans include the University of Lethbridge! The Grade 11 Merit Award is given to students who fill out our online form by June 30th in their Grade 11 year. It is a simple process — no essay or letters of recommendation necessary. Approximately 150 scholarships will be given to the highest achieving Grade 11 students.
